抗人红细胞生成素（EPO）的人单克隆抗体参考小组旨在促进能够检测所有EPO抗体的测定的选择，用于评估抗体测定的性能和测定验证。抗体被分为：

12/268 IgG2（中等亲和力，弱中和）
12/274 IgM（低亲和力、非中和）
12/264 IgG4（高亲和力，中和）
13/158 IgG1（高亲和力、强中和）

重金属检测方法-高效液相色谱法（HPLC）
高效液相色谱是色谱法的一个重要分支，以液体为流动相，采用高压输液系统，将具有不同极性的单一溶剂或不同比例的混合溶剂、缓冲液等流动相泵入装有固定相的色谱柱，在柱内各成分被分离后，进入检测器进行检测，从而实现对试样的分析。目前很多研究者将高效液相色谱法用于重金属离子的检测，并取得了一定的研究进展。痕量金属离子与有机试剂形成稳定的有色络合物，然后用高效液相色谱法分离，紫外可见检测器检测，可实现多元素同时测定。但是络合剂选择有限，给该方法带来一定的局限性。
