均一性和性状验证

AOCS 0411-A非转基因大豆标准品的均一性与种子的纯度有关。先正达作物保护有限责任公司(Syngenta Crop Protection,LLC)通过实时PCR对18000颗种子中的18000颗SYHT0H2大豆事件进行了阴性检测。根据使用SeedCalc8测定的0%的样品杂质,预计该批次是同质的。

为了进一步确认同质性,对10瓶AOCS 0411-A2进行了评估,以确定单位内和单位间的性质值。属性值定义为事件特异性靶标(SYHT0H2)的拷贝与分类单元特异性参考靶标(凝集素)的拷贝之间的比率。该比率在CRM小瓶内和CRM小瓶之间的变异性分别报告为单位内相对[……]
