2005年6月，251.3毫克散装物质溶于10升水中用于注射。将溶液在4°C下分配到10000安瓿中（填充体积的CV为0.15%（n=136）），编码05/112。然后在通常用于国际生物标准的条件下冷冻干燥安瓿中的内容物。冻干塞子的平均干重（n=6）为23.5 mg，含水量为0.29%。
